You retain unconditional, exclusive copyright and ownership over every image, document, graphic, and asset processed through FreeImgLab.
Because our conversion engines execute in-browser using WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas, FreeImgLab physically does not receive, inspect, or store your digital files. We claim zero copyright, zero moral rights, and zero commercial licenses over your transformed content.
Agreement to Terms
By visiting, accessing, or utilizing any of the digital tools provided on FreeImgLab, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, commercial entities, digital artists, and developers using our services.
Acceptable Use Policy
FreeImgLab is built to empower creators with free, high-speed tools. To safeguard platform availability and legal compliance, the following boundaries apply:
- Personal, freelance, academic, and non-profit creative workflows.
- Commercial graphic processing for client work, websites, and apps.
- Batch processing of corporate receipts, private invoices, and internal assets.
- High-resolution exports without quantity or watermark caps.
- Processing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual exploitation.
- Infringing upon third-party copyrights, patents, or registered trademarks.
- Launching automated Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) floods against our CDN.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer delivery infrastructure or bypass security headers.
Software Licensing & Intellectual Property
FreeImgLab grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the website user interface and client-side scripts solely for processing your files. The FreeImgLab trademark, logos, user interface layout, design tokens, and branding assets remain the exclusive property of FreeImgLab. You may not mirror, clone, or republish our platform under another brand without prior written authorization.
Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
FreeImgLab displays advertisements served dynamically by Google AdSense and third-party advertising exchanges. FreeImgLab does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the goods, services, or claims made within third-party advertisements. Any interactions or commercial transactions conducted with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
FreeImgLab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our tools will be uninterrupted, or that user hardware memory constraints will not limit exceptionally large file batches.
In no event shall FreeImgLab, its contributors, or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Governing Law & Severability
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by standard statutory legal principles without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any clause of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that clause shall be severable without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
